Gregory S. Chudacoff

Los Angeles native Gregory Chudacoff earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of California at Los Angeles and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and served as a published member of the Law Review. Admitted to the practice of law in 1981, Mr. Chudacoff has worked in many aspects of litigation, including insurance defense, where he gained an understanding and appreciation of civil litigation defense tactics. Mr. Chudacoff has also been selected as a Best Lawyer by the Wall Street Journal and a Top Attorney by Pasadena Magazine.

Mr. Chudacoff is a member of the State Bar of California, the Consumers Attorneys of California, and the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and also serves the court as a Judge Pro-Tem.

Douglas E. Friedman

Douglas Friedman attended the University of California at Santa Barbara as an undergraduate and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1981.  Since graduating from Pepperdine, he has devoted his time and practice solely to helping people who have suffered serious injuries or death, as the result of others’ wrongful conduct or at work.  Douglas has been recognized as a member of the Southern California Super Lawyers.

His efforts in both the civil courts and workers compensation court, have resulted in multiple awards in excess of a million dollars.  He has partnered with Robert Simon since 1984 and worked on many matters with Gregory Chudacoff for over 25 years before their offices merged in September of 2007.

Beth E. Graff

Beth E. Graff graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in social work in 1980. After working for three years as a social worker in New Jersey, she decided to attend law school in California.  Ms. Graff earned her Juris Doctorate law degree from Southwestern Law School in 1985.

Upon graduation, and for 22 years thereafter, Ms. Graff worked as an associate attorney in two major law firms in Los Angeles focusing in insurance defense in all types of civil litigation including general negligence, products liability, premises liability and mass tort litigation. As a result, she became well versed in insurance companies’ legal tactics.  She has tried over 30 cases to verdict in Los Angeles County representing both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

Ms. Graff joined the firm in 2007 and brings all of the insight she learned in her 22 years handling insurance defense cases.  Beth brings compassion and dedication to every case she handles and truly understands the clients’ needs.

Ms. Graff is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.

Marvin S. Cherin

Since 1974, Marvin S. Cherin has represented clients in Los Angeles and throughout California in all types of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, and general negligence claims involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents and premises liability.

Mr. Cherin prepares each case as if it were going to trial, a strategy that helps to maximize settlement offers.

Mr. Cherin is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles County Court system, an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Cherin has been selected as a California Super Lawyer from 2007 to 2018 and was selected as a 2017 Top Lawyer of Southern California.
